And I don’t mean that in the “Who’s Your Daddy?” sexually suggestive way, I mean it more in the endearing father/child relationship way. The reason I ask is because there was a survey done in California, where everyone eagerly awaits the decision of Judge Vaughn Walker on the legalization of gay marriage. The survey found that people who believe that God is their “daddy” are much more likely to be opposed to homosexuality. The article about the survey was interesting, but what I find the best about articles like this are the comments. I love reading the incredibly stupid things people will say in response to an article, especially ones about homosexuality. For whatever reason, it is a topic that brings out the stupid in people.
Here was my favorite comment – “Yes Gay is a sin. So is lying, cheating, stealing, adultery, etc.. God did not intend for a man to stick his meat into another man’s fecal chute. Two women now that is hot… but it is still wrong!!”
Really? And the sad part is, there have got to be more people out there like this guy, they just didn’t comment…..yikes! Of course there were the obligatory ”What’s next, sex with animals?” comments, which just make no logical sense to me.

God has my life but that hasn’t affected my opinion on two people of the same sex engaging in sexual activity.
To me, it’s as unnatural as a lion and a tiger engaging in sex.
Someone needs to tell this person that lions and tigers do have sex and have babies. They are called ligers, and although rare are not unheard of or unnatural.
I challenge you to find me someone who believes God is their “daddy” and is also a rational thinker. I’m not sure they exist!
