I have never felt led to have sex in church. Although, maybe the right opportunity just hasn’t presented itself to me. I’m not counting it out entirely, just saying it hasn’t happened yet. Now I know that if the opportunity does arise, I better hope it’s not in Germany. A police officer was caught having sex in a Catholic church during the service. He was suspended from his job and faces three years in prison. As far as I could find, in America, the penalty forhaving sex in public is up to two years in prison. And if you are somewhere where you could expect a reasonable amount of privacy sex is not against the law. Only if you are somewhere where another person could be exposed to your shenanigans. I guess a church service counts for that…..the example given in the article I read was the middle of a crowded grocery store. Which totally made me laugh!
Even in Dubai, in the Middle East, the penalty for getting caught having sex in public seems to only be 3 months in prison. And this is the Middle East, where you know things are way more strict than most places.
So, what do you think? First, would you have sex in a church? And second, what do you think is an appropriate penalty for getting caught?

If you always leave room for the holy spirit, you will never be tempted to have sex during a church service
Gives a WHOLE new meaning to a come to Jesus meeting!
Hmmm… seems a bit harsh. It’s definitely not the worse thing that people can do. It is natural. And church seems a good place to do it… you’re never closer to God than in the throes of a wild orgasm. Regardless–there’s plenty of sex in the Bible. Read Song of Solomon.
Say Truth.
Sexual appetite is just that, an appetite. Grow up and control it. If it were
an uncontrolled food craving we wouldn’t be so tolerant. Control is the operative word when it comes to sexual behavior. We don’t hesitate to condemn aberrant sexual activities . In normal people the brain has the gift a built in stop function. If you don’t have one you will eventually pay the price for not behaving acceptably.
