DRUGS, LET’S REALLY FIGHT THE WAR.
There is no denying drugs are a massive drain on our economic system. They reduce our productivity and divert valuable resources from useful public endeavors. Drugs create general health problems, cause untold accidents & deaths and provide support funds for massive multi-national crime syndicates and staggering official corruption.
Possibly you know there is a man named Paul Karason who has turned blue. I don’t mean this as an assessment of his outlook on life,

His condition has reopened my thoughts about a scheme I wrote about years ago as a means of virtually drying up and controlling our massive drug use problem, recreational and otherwise “hooked”.
If there were no market for dope, we wouldn’t have many of today’s problems, including the constant worry that our children may get caught up in the wrong kind of life.
Since much of the drugs in this country are consumed on weekends, starting with a great Friday evening party, followed by another wild day on Saturday, then Sunday left to zonk out to recover before going to work Monday morning, with no one the wiser about a secret life, your secret is safe. You are so sure of the secrecy of your life outside of supplier and fellow doping pals so you have no intention of quiting. Well maybe your cover can still be blown. The beauty of my idea is that you will bring it about yourself and the country will be better for it, and so will you if your a doper.
Suppose after weeks of this partying behavior your skin turned blue. Would you show up to work on Monday if you were as blue as poor Paul Karason. Well, would you? I suspect not. I also imagine that you would lay off the drugs or try to find another source so as not to take the risk of public exposure. Mistrust would become the rule of the street.
Drug consumption in this country would drop drastically and here is how it would work:
After all big drug raids, we lace the cut street stuff with colloidal silver, the very chemicals that Paul was using for health reasons. Then we leak the dope back onto the street. It flows into the underworld distribution system where the unsuspecting dealers and dopers buy and indulge in their selfish pastime.
Now things get interesting because after people start turning blue others won’t want the junk anymore, or they will want guaranteed clean stuff. If we succeed, there won’t be any unlaced stuff to buy. If it comes into this country it gets laced with colloidal silver.
Wouldn’t it be great if all that wasted money, resources, and energy
were diverted to useful purpose. I wonder if the top people fighting the drug war would have enough brass, or even the interest to do this. It could mean their jobs if it were successful.
Hell, we put chlorine (a poison) in the water, what could be the harm of putting colloidal silver in dope, an already illegal substance. Apparently Paul has had no detectable ill side effects and his skin has been blue for years.
I wonder how many blue faces would appear in Washington, where our illustrious congress resides.:>”>
